What is the TCPA?
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is a federal law enacted in 1991 that restricts telephone solicitations and the use of automated telephone equipment, including:
- Automatic telephone dialing systems (autodialers or robocalls)
- Artificial or prerecorded voice messages
- Text messages sent using automated equipment
- Unsolicited fax advertisements
The TCPA requires express written consent before certain automated calls or text messages can be made to consumers, especially for marketing purposes.
Your Express Written Consent
Important Notice
By submitting a form on GetEasyRelief.com and checking the consent box, you provide express written consent to receive automated calls, text messages, and pre-recorded messages at the phone number you provide, even if that number is on a do-not-call registry.
What Your Consent Authorizes
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive:

Your Right to Opt-Out
You have the right to opt-out of receiving automated calls and text messages at any time, free of charge. You may opt-out by:
- Replying "STOP" to any text message from us or our Network Partners
- Replying "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any text message
- Calling us at the phone number provided in our communications

Once you opt-out, we will stop sending you automated calls and text messages within a reasonable time (typically within 10 business days). You will receive confirmation of your opt-out request.
Note: After opting out, you may still receive service-related communications (e.g., confirmations of requests you've made) that are not marketing messages and do not require consent under the TCPA.
Consent Not Required for Purchase
Your consent to receive automated calls and text messages is not required as a condition of any purchase. You may use our services without providing such consent; however, we may not be able to connect you with service providers who prefer to contact you via phone.
Revoking Consent
You may revoke your consent at any time using any of the opt-out methods listed above. Once you revoke consent, we and our Network Partners will cease making automated calls and sending text messages to the phone number you specified, except as required by law or for non-marketing service communications.
Do-Not-Call Registry
By providing express written consent, you authorize us and our Network Partners to contact you even if your phone number is registered on:
- The National Do-Not-Call Registry
- Any state do-not-call registry
- Any company-specific do-not-call list
However, you may still opt-out at any time using the methods described above, and we will honor your request.
